报告人简历:

Dr.Naiyang Ma is currently a research scientist at ArcelorMittal Global R&D.His research interests are in general strategy of solid waste recycling ineconomic ways, influences of recycling on production, economy and environment,technologies of recycling industrial solid wastes, process optimization ofsteel production and sustainability of solid waste recycling. He pioneered thenovel recycling strategy-in-process separation of unwanted components fromsolid wastes using process excess energy. He was the first one who developed atechnology to produce clean mill scale, clean water and clean oil by dynamicseparation of mill scale from flume water toward zero wastes in the hot rollingprocess. He has had near 70 publications and three patents. In 2012, he wasawarded Association of Iron Steel Technology (AIST) Environmental TechnologyAward for Best Paper and Presentation. In 2015, he received American Iron andSteel Institute (AISI) Medal Finalist award.
